Our signature Casa Rituals Cacao Ceremony is a guided journey to awaken the heart, ignite creativity, and return to your essence through the ancient wisdom of ceremonial cacao.We begin with a smoke clearing ritual—calling in the elements, our guides, and the unseen support of the ancestors. You’ll be invitedinto the sacred origins of cacao, revered by indigenous communities for thousands of years as a heart medicine for unity, vision, and collective healing.We prepare our own Peruvian cacao—ethically sourced and infused daily with intention—served in its pure liquid form with warming spices like cinnamon and cardamom to nourish body and spirit.Marit will guide you through a heart-opening meditation, followed by a gentle sound bath with Tibetan bowls and intuitive energy healing. This part of the ceremony invites you to drop into stillness, soften your nervous system, and receive energetic recalibration—clearing what no longer serves and anchoring in the new.We close with grounding tea and reflection, creating space to share insights, anchor intentions, and integrate the experience with care.

Yoga Nidra

We thought we would share a bit of back story on this ancient practice, also known as  “yogic sleep.” It is essentially like exercise without any physical movement. In fact, it induces that sacred state of mind between sleep and being awake. Yoga Nidra can also be likened to an extended Savasana ( also known as Corpse Pose in traditional yoga practice).  
You simply lie on your back, get comfortable, close your eyes, and settle in.

During the session, your body transitions into stillness. A deep feeling of tranquility and relaxation takes place, as you experience a truly transformational experience of inner calm. This manages to decrease any "mind chatter" you likely experience in your daily life. After the session, you will feel unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra is intended to bring the body into complete physical, mental and emotional rest and unity.
